Agreement to Terms

By accessing Money Prime Zone's website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Money Prime Zone LLC.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your state), a U.S. resident or citizen, possess valid government-issued ID, and have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts. Business applicants must represent duly registered entities with authority to bind such entities.

Loan Terms & Repayment

• All loans subject to credit approval and verification processes
• APR ranges disclosed before agreement execution; final rates based on underwriting
• Repayment terms vary by product: 12-84 months for personal loans, up to 120 months for business
• Late payments incur fees after 15-day grace period; default triggers collection procedures
• No prepayment penalties—pay off anytime without additional charges
• All agreements governed by Idaho state law regardless of your residence

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, truthful information throughout our relationship. Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information, financial status, or circumstances affecting your ability to repay. Maintain sufficient funds for scheduled payments. Protect your account credentials and report unauthorized access immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform—including text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and design elements—is exclusive property of Money Prime Zone protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Money Prime Zone's total liability for any claims arising from service use shall not exceed fees paid by you in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Certain jurisdictions may limit these exclusions; applicable law governs where restrictions exist.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved matters proceed to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under Idaho law. Class action waivers and individual arbitration provisions apply. Each party bears own attorney fees unless arbitrator determines otherwise.
